This machine not only helps our customers save time and money, it also raises the bar on quality products produced in house. 

With it's 1/4" x 10' capacity, CNC controls, and precision tooling, this machine takes the guess work out of forming complex parts and assemblys.

Having the ability to process structural material in house is key for guaranteeing accuracy.

Sized in accordance with our press brake, our shear will also accommodate 1/4" x 10'. Being able to shear custom size blanks enables us to step outside the box in regards to "off the shelf" material sizes.

Not every job is suited for CNC machines. The same can be said about Manual machines also. That's why we strive to offer both practices. 

Keeping up with the ever changing world of software enable us to stay on top of quality and accuracy. Our CAD software lets us build a virtual part and make necessary modifications before the first piece of metal is every cut. This equates to save time and money for our customers.
